Checkstyle Pluginが古いので、更新していただけないでしょうか。
sourceforgeからgihubに変更になっています。
検討をお願い致します。

何か色々動きがあったんですね。
Eclipse 2018-09 リリースの All in One から、そちらに変更します。
# Eclipse は Photon などのネーミングリリースは終了し、年月リリース名に変更になりました。
