はじめまして
他の方の投稿を参考にして、SH704iでドライバのロードに成功したようなのでご報告です。

Vendor ID: 1245
Product ID: 37268

/System/Library/Extensions/FOMAUSBDriver.kext内のContents/Info.plistに機種名のノードを作成し、上記の値を設定したところ、ドライバがロードされるようになりました。ご報告まで。
