Vlc Web Plugin with possibility of UI customization via Qt Qml.

This project is the next generation of fbvlc ( https://github.com/RSATom/fbvlc ).
It uses almost the same API ( http://code.google.com/p/fbvlc/wiki/FBVLC_API ) for JS and Qml.
