rpmgraph generates a graph of your installed RPMs and the dependencies
between them. The output is available in PS and PDF formats.

toast is a simple package manager for Unix. It
automatically locates and downloads source code,
determines how to compile it, installs each
package in its own directory tree, and makes the
resulting binaries available through an encap/GNU
stow-like symlink tree. It also supports binary
packages. It is often used to install and manage
software in a non-root user's home directory.

BRaiLleSPEAK is a mini GNU/Linux distribution,
with Braille and speech support built in. It comes
with a pre-configuration tool, and an
auto-compiler function for the Braille driver, so
it can be easily installed and run by blind users.

Current is a server for Red Hat's up2date tools. It can scale
to hundreds of machines. The backend is powered by one of
several SQL databases. It aims to be a complete remote
management system for any Linux machines that can run
up2date.

NetStation is a Linux distribution for diskless thin clients terminals using standard x86 hardware. It can boot from network, floppy, or flash-disk and connect to an application server using VNC, RDP, XDM, SSH, telnet, Citrix ICA, or Tarantella.

Appctl is a framework for virtually any server
software. It provides a central script called
"ctl" which allows you to start, stop, restart,
maintain, or query the current status of an
application. It is meant as a completely generic
replacement for application-specific startup/stop
scripts. The project also supplies generic
monitoring scripts for clusters, which can
dramatically decrease clustering costs.

The Node Director is a system management application for centralized user and host management in heterogenous system environments. It features directory management, software distribution, service configuration, and much more. It includes a command line and a Web based frontend.

Java Forward Error Correction (FEC) Library is the fastest and most mature Java FEC library available (FEC is an essential building block of any satellite or IP multicast based content distribution system). It features: Fast multi-threaded I/O routines for encoding and decoding files; Native Linux, Solaris, and Win32 accellerators with pure Java fallback; and an FEC codec plugin interface. Cryptograhic hashes can be used for checking file integrity.

Gspoof is a GTK+ program written in the C language
which makes it easier and more accurate to build
and send TCP packets with or without a
data-payload. It's possible to modify TCP/IP
fields and also ethernet header working to Link
Level. You can send one or more packets together.
It runs also in "console mode" without X and so
you can compile it without GTK+.

flashboot for OpenBSD is a set of makefiles, scripts, and support tools to build an OpenBSD image suitable for booting from read-only media, such as flash memory. The default image (smaller than 5Mb) is an image for a firewall/router with support for IPsec, SSH, IPv4 and IPv6 packet filtering, DHCP (client and server), and PPPoE. This image may be further trimmed or extended by editing the packing list files included in the distribution.
