ファイルを開く時のエンコードは何で決まりますか？ (2024-04-24 17:34 by コヤナギ #754765)

5年以上特定のアプリからExportしたファイルを開いた時に、当方でエンコードを指定しなくてもUTF-8で開きますが、
この度、何故か特定のファイルに限り、SJISで開いてしまい困っています。
何がキーでエンコードが指定されていますか？
また、常にUTF-8で開きたい時はどうすればよろしいでしょうか？

You can not use Wiki syntax

文字コードセット、文字コード種別を指定すればよいと思います。
