When doing straight file download, character delay and line delay are being ignored. The download progress window opens for a tiny fraction of a second when it should take a few minutes to download. Same for text file or binary. This problem has been there for the last few years but is getting much worse. It used to fail occasionally in prior versions but now does not work at all and it has made that function unusable.
Sending at lower baud rates (below 4800 down to 110) and have char delay of 200 ms and line delta of 500ms
Windows 10, both native and USB serial port adapters
I have also tried setting baud rate directly in device configuration but it didn’t help
