Windows VT position not restored
In implementation, VTPos affects only when create VT Window. "Restore setup" doesn't move VT Window.
To developers:
"Restore setup" で VTPos の値が反映されませんが、反映するとなにか不都合がある（実装または操作性で）ので反映していないのでしょうか？
今までこの動作に対する報告はなかったように思いますので、不満に思っている人は少ないように思います。
しかし、セッションを複製したときの VTPos の動作を #45458, r10238, r10239 で変更しました。「設定の読み込み」のときにどうあるのが統一感があるか、ご意見いただけますか？

Tera Term
Hi, I have a setup that I saved defining a certain window size (TerminalSize=145,33, TermIsWin=on) and a window position (VTPos=113,668, SaveVTWinPos=off). But when I restore the setup, Tera Term restore the size but not the position. Any clue what could cause this behavior?
My Config:
Windows 10 22H2 19045.2311
Tera Term Ver 104.6 (SVN# 9298)
