FlatTree is a Java library for reading and writing flat files with
CSV, FLR (fixed length record), or mixed structures. It features a
tree-style processing API and adapters for SAX, Stax, and XStream for
transformation, data binding, or serialization.

Kurabu is designed to manage members of associations. An "association" can be a club sport, a music club, etc.; it is highly customizable. It can manage groups of several thousand members. All generated files are in an XML-based format to guarantee interoperability.

uncsv is a filter command converting the lines of a CSV file into a non‐escaped, non‐quoted delimited file (pipe by default). csv is the opposite of this command; it takes an un-quoted stream of values, separated by the delimiter of your choice (default: pipe ’|’) and produces a "standard" CSV file. Both tools avoid end‐of‐line character politics and will leave these untouched.

CsvJdbc is a read-only JDBC driver that uses Comma Separated Value (CSV) files or DBF files as database tables. It is ideal for writing data import programs or analyzing log files. The driver enables you to access a directory or a ZIP file containing CSV or DBF files as if it were a database containing tables. As there is no real database management system behind the scenes, not all JDBC functionality is available.

xlsx2csv is a tool that converts Excel XSLX files to CSV format. It is fast, and works with huge files.

CSVSee graphs data from CSV files, especially those containing timestamps. You can graph all columns, or specific columns matching regular expressions. Graphs can be displayed in an interactive viewer, or saved to a .png or .svg file. Tools are also provided to generate CSV files by string-matching in multiple timestamped text files, and for creating CSV reports of Grinder load test logs.

CSV to SQL is a Python script that imports CSV into MySQL, or converts CSV to a series of SQL statements.

tcsv2png uses gnuplot to convert a CSV file with a time column (HH:MM:SS format) into a PNG chart. It scales the data to show all of the data sets in the same PNG chart. You can select the columns of interest. You can customize the generated gnuplot script to your need.

PHPStateMapper is a PHP library for drawing a map with areas shaded by varying degrees of intensity based on data given as a simple list. It exports a PNG image in a configurable size and color. It is appropriate for generating images for use in reporting and analytics. Data can be loaded programmatically or from a comma separated values (CSV) source file.

loadcsv is a small utility to load data from CSV files into a database. It gets the names of the columns from the first row of the CSV file. It supports MySQL, PostgresSQL, and sqlite, but can be used with other SQL databases by using the utility to generate SQL statements and sending them to the database.

Yap4j is the simplest library for parsing CSV files in Java. It deserializes CSV files into a list of POJOs using a set of Java annotations, while allowing you to specify Object-CSV mappings. It automatically converts to and from a wide range of data types, and includes support for types from popular libraries such as Joda Time, and support for custom record delimiters.

csv2html is a command line utility and reusable Python module that convert CSV files into HTML tables and full HTML documents. They can use either the old school HTMLgen module or the more modern HTML module (both for Python 2.x), and offer a wide range of options for formatting the output.

SuperSimpleNews is a news script for Web sites. It doesn't require a database, since all news articles are stored in simple CSV files. It includes a password protected administrative backend for adding, editing, and deleting articles. widgEditor is used for editing the text. Example scripts are included to get you setup quickly. RSS support is included by default.

Web Ping is an easy-to-use application for monitoring website performance. It graphically displays response times and historical averages. It requires Java on the client and includes a PHP page to collect and manage data via CSV download from your server.
