Babelweb is a Web-based monitoring tool for the Babel routing daemon. It reads informations from babeld through a local-interface socket and displays graphs and tables on a dynamic Web page.

This release fixes many bugs in the rendering model (how routers are plotted and how neighbours are mapped to router IDs) and adds a logarithmic scale to make the graph more stable. It should also be faster and avoid the "stalling effect" caused by retracted routes in the previous release. Various bugs were fixed.
The d3.js library is now used to improve the UI. An npm package was made. Documentation was written. Bugs in babeld and babelz have been worked around.
