for wml, support for entity-encoding after processing a Template,
blwRequest::getContentType(), and the ability to fix the output target.
A base.core.blwCallerCheckable class that provides functionality for checking valid callers of class methods was added. Caller restrictions were added to blwModule::remove, blwModule::__call, blwModule::create, and blwModule::loadValues. module.xml was fixed in many modules.
