Several improvements were made in ClamAvDemo.
/.dev is excluded. Directory recursion depth count
is now reversed. The higher level API from
Mono.Unix is now used to get file information.

Directory recursion is now limited to 20 levels of
depth, and this should solve the infinite
recursion issue, which showed itself on the Gentoo
/boot partition. The directory being scanned to
the console is written. Some comments were
corrected. The new MonoDevelop 0.7 project files
were added.
