Ghoti is a mIRC-like IRC client. It is customizable, both in appearance
and functionality. It features multi-server support, DCC Resume support,
support for mIRC colors, robust CTCP flood protection, and built-in
XDCC/CDCC file offering. Its aim is to mix the power of ircII-based
clients with the ease-of-use of GUI-based clients.
