PENM ("PE Network Manager") is a small utility to install and manage different network settings in a Windows PE.
Mostly it is used by "WinBuilder" projects like "LiveXP", "Win7PE", etc.
The utility is developed under the BSD-license type and AutoIt3-EULA.
